Provides administrative support to the entire management team in the area of administration and accounting through a variety of diversely related responsibilities. Must be able to communicate effectively with various outside agencies as well as internal associates


  • Requires computer proficiency in various software programs for typing reports, business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Includes some composing and/or transcribing of correspondence
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating and updating reports
  • Assist in maintaining a project tracking documentation timely for accuracy
  • Other administrative and accounting tasks as necessary for the successful operation of the team or as assigned by management
  • Answering/screening incoming telephone calls/emails and greet/screen guests in a friendly, polite and professional manner
  • Assist with the coordination & set up meetings and luncheons; ordering, securing and storing office supplies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • 1 plus year administrative assistant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate PC skills Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Must possess professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must possess ability to handle priorities under pressure
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Follow directions from a supervisor
  • Interact well with co-workers
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Accept constructive criticism
  • Team Player
