Amazon is looking for a Talent Management professional to join our Global Operations Learning and Talent Management Team to develop insights that inform our global talent strategy and innovate new programs to meet the highest strategic areas of need within the WW Operations and Customer Service organization. This position will partner with senior leaders around the globe to understand business and talent priorities, assess macro talent trends, use data to test hypotheses, develop and present new initiatives via written documents, and innovate new and implement existing talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and organization design to drive Amazon’s ability to produce next-generation senior leaders. Given the size and span of the organization, effective change management methodologies will be critical in rolling out new or updated processes and programs.

In this high visibility role, we are looking for a professional who has the ability and initiative to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The individual in this role must be self- driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior executive leaders and HR partners of the organization. You will own end-to-end design, implementation, and measurement. You will need strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, influence skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills including technical applications knowledge as well as the ability to dive deep, get in the details and thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.



-8+ years showing progressive work experience leading strategic talent initiatives, coaching and influencing senior leaders, designing mechanisms and inspecting performance at scale
-Excellent project management and planning skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
-Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving and analytical skills and self-initiative, Ability to diagnose problems, and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
-Proven capability working with technology relevant to the role: HRIS for workforce data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite
-Up to 25% travel required
-Bachelor’s degree in related discipline


-Master’s degree in related discipline, HR, OD, IO or MBA
-Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools (e.g. FIRO-B, MBTI, PDI, etc.)
-Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
-Able to work both on a team (as member and leader) and independently to deliver results
-Familiarity with business, financial and process improvement tools, concepts and methodologies
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, ideally as an author or content creator
