Vegetable forward small plates style restaurant seeking a skilled cook with prior experience cooking vegetables. Reliabilty and passion for cooking vegetables is a necessity. Must have the ability to replicate beautifully composed vegetable dishes. Must have a great understanding of working with vegetables. The chef assures that high food quality standards are met with each meal preparation. Cooks must have the flexibility to adapt recipes to customers' preferences, dietary needs or allergies upon request. Is able to prioritize and organize to perform job functions with attention to detail. This is a small 20 seat restaurant in the East Village open 7 days a week. There is great potential to grow as we are a small restaurant group that is quickly expanding! Compensation is determined by skill level and expertise. Required to have Food Handlers Permit.
