Recruiting Coordinator You are an eager, curious, fast learner who understands facilitating the onsite candidate experience, assisting visitors to our office, and jumping in to help our HR team with efforts including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, and soliciting hiring team feedback. We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, strong attention to detail, an outgoing personality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for seeking out and contacting top talent for a multitude of internal roles. Working with our Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sources including outbound searches and inbound talent leads. Responsibilities: Reviewing inbound application and evaluating them for individual position requirements Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open roles Conduct pre screening interviews qualifying them for the role they are applying for Working with our Corporate Recruiter to develop and execute an outbound sourcing plan that brings highly qualified candidates into the recruiting pipeline Schedule phone calls, video interviews and onsite interviews with candidates Organize recruiting calendar and applicant tracking systems and ensure they are staying up to date Contact and engage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience Work in partnership with HR team to ensure hiring needs are being met Support and coordinate with other HR team members to ensure hiring process is moving smoothly and meeting company expectations ? Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1+ years of candidate sourcing experience Demonstrate success in engaging candidates at all levels by way of open web, cold calling, social media, etc. Effective oral and written communication skills General knowledge of various employment laws and practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience working within applicant tracking systems Desire to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment More about us: C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing private digital marketing company, one with a roster of local and national clients and a focus on delivering real results based on an in-depth understanding of business needs and challenges, in addition to constant research of current practices, separating what works from what doesn't.
