RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Order Fulfillment Professional in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities: Function as single point of contact for escalated customer issues concerning shipment status, delivery issues, damages and returns Communicate through ticketing system to internal customer (CARE) who communicates to customer Considerable Level of team work as well as the ability to operate independently Creates and updates statistical data, spreadsheets, reports and charts to identify product availability, sales order demands, customer priorities and other analysis Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: 4 year degree preferred 5-7 years of experience; Some Saturday and overtime work may be required Demonstrated abilities in researching, responding to and resolving customer inquiries utilizing Sales Order Management systems Written and verbal communication skills vital to ensure our internal customer (CARE) fully understands ticket resolution Ability to type 60 WPM Experience using Microsoft Office (PC) software including extensive use of Excel spreadsheets Word and SAP business system or similar sales order management software application experience Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, sales order fulfillment or customer service preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
