As a Draft Control Coordinator, you will have an impactful role in ensuring our draft payment process runs smoothly. You will review, research and update payment decision and procedures while identifying variances and making sure our banking deadlines are met and error free. You will also provide support to your team members and work closely with internal claims representatives, and customers, in relation to the issuance and clearing of all premium related payments.

Must have qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of years customer service experience
  • Minimum of year accounting support role experience

  • Preferred Skills
  • Banking experience
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills

  • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, perform well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
