Summary:

In this role, you will define the solution specifications from business requirements, document,

and build Salesforce.com solutions and associated data management logic. You will support integrations with external systems and support deployments across the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners and technical team members to review and analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements.
  • Create and maintain solution design specifications to create new functionality in Salesforce.com platform and to enhance/fix existing functionality.
  • Configure new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
  • Plan and execute data mapping and conversion activities in Salesforce.com projects.
  • Design and implement Salesforce.com integration with external applications and systems.
  • Provide Level 2 Salesforce.com platform day-today support and maintenance as needed in areas including deployments, sandbox refreshes, Salesforce release evaluation, assigned tickets, data management, etc.
  • Actively participate, lead demos and reviews with team.
  • Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. 
  • 5 or more year’s relevant experience as CRM/Salesforce engineer is required.
  • Proficiency with SQLs and DMLs with Microsoft SQL Server Databases required.
  • Experience with full life-cycle of service-oriented architecture (SOA) including XML, SOAP, and WSDL technologies required.
  • Salesforce Lightning experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Pardot preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
